Hi Val,
SEPA has collected some LiDAR data across Scotland but restricted to flood zones and some coastal areas.
From conversations I have had with them, they have no plans to make the data available due to licensing conditions. Although I hope that after the approaches in England and Wales respectively
they will change their minds.
