I am currently using FSL to process some DTI data, once I select 'Go' button and submitted the mission to the queue the command line looks like this. [cid:part1.00060302.07030205@pet.mgh.harvard.edu] It did not return to a shell prompt or something. I waited for some time but nothing happened.
