Yes you are correct.

 

FSL displays in "radiological" convention, which means that the left side of the image corresponds to the right side of the brain.

 

SPM displays in "neurological" convention, which means that the left side of the image corresponds to the left side of the brain.

Am I correct that the left side of the glass brain is the left side of the brain? In FSL this is reversed, so just want to check.
