Hello all, I have a few subjects with stroke-lesions in their brains. In performing normalization, I am afraid that these lesion locations are going to disrupt the normalization process. I have drawn lesion ROIs that are in the same space as the T1 template. However, I don't know how to use them during normalization process. What would be the optimal way to use lesion locations during normalization? This question is probably not just within the confines of SPM. If there are other software that I can use, please let me know. Thank you. Best, - Lisa
