The Museum is pleased to announce a rare and exciting opportunity which has arisen to work as a Collections Intern for our museum.
The role will be to assist the Collections Manager to achieve key objectives of the HLF-funded project Harry’s Story: Henry Moseley, a scientist lost to war in the areas of collections management, collections care, improved accessibility and management of the exhibition display.
The role offers an opportunity for in-house training and would suit a candidate who is part-way through museum training or recently qualified.
This is a fixed-term 12-week internship and will be based mainly at the museum on Broad Street, Oxford. However, occasional travel may be necessary in connection with loan work.
