Hi I'm Librarian at Pusey House in Oxford http://www.puseyhouse.org.uk/library.html where we are just about to join the Oxford Olis / Aleph online catalogue (currently still on card catalogue. In my defence, I'm the first professional librarian, and I've only been here since Christmas!) Prior to this job, I was a full-time rare book cataloguer for 6 years at Lambeth Palace Library (yes, another one of them), and for 18 months at Regent's Park College Oxford. I've trained plenty of people to catalogue rare books over my career, and later this year would very happily train interested individuals in return for some volunteer modern (19th century) cataloguing / item adding.
