This is an opportunity to become a member of the team who work for the Statistical Services and Consultancy Unit (SSCU).

SSCU provides a consultancy and training service inside and outside the University, with past clients including Camelot (operators of the National Lottery), Jaguar Land Rover, British Gas Business, Sport England and the National Measurement Office. Your role will be to undertake work such as statistical analysis, report writing and contribute to short course training. You may also be asked to carry out other administrative tasks associated with SSCU.

We are looking for someone with an ability to use a range of statistical techniques and undertake training in statistics. You will have skills in statistical analysis and reporting, familiarity with statistical software, good teaching/training skills and be able to work well in a team and independently. Experience in the application of statistics in a variety of fields, experience in a consultancy context and computer programming skills would be desirable.
