Hi Suzanne

We use Pro Solution as our MIS system so the teachers have to fill in grade requests "online" and the results go into the students records system . We then send EDI files to C & G.......so there are no more S forms.....it's heaven!!!!

The CQTM or Director has to sign to say they have checked what the teachers have entered on their grade requests so any errors are down to them.

When we did use them the teachers would fill them in, except the Construction Team who couldn't get their heads around them!! Didn't have too many issues apart from Reg Nos entered the wrong way or someone being classed as Male instead of Female!!

Hi Suzanne

I can only imagine what the S-forms would be completed like if I let the staff/lecturers try to complete them!

I feel your pain though I've had an afternoon of trying to contact staff to sort out why their S-Form completion is so cr*p!! They have no clue.

Grrrrrr!

Subject: City and Guilds S Forms

Dear All

When dealing with City and Guilds 'S' Forms do you get the Assessors to submit to City and Guilds or do you, as Exams Staff submit them? I would be grateful for any good practise concerning these forms.

We are getting more and more of these and often information is missing or incorrect and I'm tempted to throw the ball back into the Assessors' court!

Many thanks for your help
