Thank you, I have people asking me frequently if I know of such a list, now I do. It may be good to note that although some journals say they are free to publish in they may charge typesetting, author processing fees etc or may only supply no print options for viewers and call this Open Access. Some journals although not open access will allow the submission of a draft into a repository but you need to have this confirmed in writing as all do not hold to this policy.

I would not say, however, that the worry is open access. The worry is illegitimate unscrupulous and/or predatory journals, which of course could be paper or online, open or closed access etc.
