As the holiday season approaches, more of us may wish to sign out of mailing lists. For the Jiscmail ones, messages need to go to the server, at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> The commands for what you want to do should go in the body of the email; the subject can be left blank. To just sign out for a bit, you would use SET LIS-MEDICAL NOMAIL (or SET * NOMAIL to sign out of all your Jiscmail lists) and then SET LIS-MEDICAL MAIL (or SET * MAIL ) on your return.
