Good Evening Everyone.. My client is currently seeking a GIS Data Delivery Graduate to join their expanding team in Birmingham. Ideally you will have completed your degree a couple of years ago and have some experience under your belt. But we will consider very good recent graduates. You will have experience of working with MapInfo but ArcGIS or another GIS software would be fine and you could pick up the system my client uses. The person fit for this role is what’s most important. You need to be ambitious and have a forward and outgoing personality as we are looking for someone who will eventually be trained to be the Data Delivery Manager, so the role offers great prospects. You will be comfortable working to deadlines and have a good commercial head and an understanding of business and how it works. The role is quite heavily based around working with processes. So ideally you will be forward thinking and have good ideas about how processes can be improved and made more efficient. You will also need to be comfortable handling lots of data. Training will be given and you will be mentored in the role but you must be comfortable picking things up and running with them yourself.
