Dear experts, I would like to extract the 100% white matter area from Harvard-Oxford subcortical structural atlases. To this end, I plan to utilize the HarvardOxford-sub-prob-1mm.nii.gz at HarvardOxford directory with 100% (or 99.5%) threshold. But, this nifti image is only for left hemisphere. Can I use the flipped image to identify the correct right 100% white matter area? Or, do you have another recommended way? Thanks, Hiroki Kurashige
