Good afternoon, I've been asked to write a report for our governing body about the services that we offer in-house and it occurred to me that although I think we don't have enough staff I have no idea what anyone else has in comparison. I'd therefore be very grateful if you could let me know how many staff you have, what roles they do and how many staff\students\computers\etc you have to support with that. For instance we support 4500 desktops, some 1000 laptops, 150 printers, 17,000 students, 1000 staff etc all with 1 network specialist. If I get enough responses I will make the anonymised data available to this group. Thanks in advance.
