Hi Kate!
We are thinking almost certainly Golden Eagle. I checked against Great Horned Owl and Osprey, both a bit too gracile I think. I've attached some photos of the same bones of Golden Eagle with similar views to your photos so that you can see the comparison. Hope this helps!
