Hi there There is a link here to the final FELTAG report http://feltag.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/FELTAG-REPORT-FINAL.pdf - the one from Laila is from the ETF and they do feed into each other. The ETF one looks useful for background information and reading too. The FELTAG report is worth a look as it has pretty big implications for future provision. BIS have commissioned NRDC to do some work on how this might work in terms of LLN so that will be interesting to see - especially after the comments from ESOL practitioners/Natecla during the FELTAG consultation.
