It's an interesting thread, from our point of view as a small organisation web based solutions such as Dropbox are the only solution available due to restrictions on certain protocols such as FTP. However, over the next few years as BYOD (bring your own device) usage grows I suspect many of these restrictions will fall away.

Hi Maciej,

We too use Hightail formally yousendit, we pay a yearly subscription and find it works very well for sending out our large files.

Regards

Keith.

Subject: Image Delivery Service

Dear All,

We are now looking into improving online delivery to customers. These are usually large, hi-res images and often plenty of them. So the functionality would need to be similar to Dropbox or wetransfer.com.
Could anyone recommend the service they are using? Is it built in house or commercially available?

Thank you

Maciej
