Hi everyone, I'm working with DTI images, and before start all the preprocessing I have to flip them along the y-axis. How it affects to my bvecs file? This is the bvecs file before flip the image: x_1 x_2 ... x_n y_1 y_2 ... y_n z_1 z_2 ... z_n How is transformed after the flipping? remains equal? Thanks in advance, Best regards. Manuel Blesa
