I suppose we’ve either been unfortunate or fortunate in that we didn’t have much in terms of documentation/training material to update too so less to change document-wise.

Yes, that’s a good point, Nicky.

I’ve spent hours of time on learning and planning, and that’s been a real challenge alongside keeping up with other work!

I am not concerned about a drop in productivity once we are in the full swing of cataloguing in RDA – most reports I’ve heard suggest that this is not the case - but I am concerned about the drop in productivity while I’m planning and training.
