I wonder also if there have been any areas of RDA that people have found it particularly difficult to either find training on or to teach and how you've dealt with it? Conversely, has there been an approach that you've found has worked better than you thought, especially if it's a bit different, that you'd like to share your experience? I was wondering if colleagues who have been through this or are currently implementing RDA would recommend particular training before drawing up documentation and other forms of training during implementation itself?
