Dear all, Would you please help me deal with two problems? 1,If I want to make a mask for the modulated normalized image and unmodulated normalized image respectively, which image can I binarize? 2,Which image can I use as underlay when I see the significant result of the modulated normalized image and unmodulated normalized image respectively? This is a 6-class prior image that was built from data of the IXI database (can't remember exactly, John Ashburner wrote this once on the spm maillist).
