An opportunity is available to work in a small team managing and supporting Blackboard Learn and other technology enhanced learning in a large FE and HE college in the fine city of Norwich:

 

ILT Support Analyst

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, £22,611 to £24,150 per annum

 

Norfolk Educational Services is looking for an ILT Support Analyst to analyse requirements and implement solutions for delivery of learning through technology, and to support teachers in the use of the appropriate delivery tools and technologies.

 

Applicants should have experience of teaching, training or instruction in an educational, training or support function, and be experienced in working with Virtual Learning Environments, Learning Management Systems or online learning delivery and collaboration tools. You should also have recent relevant experience of working within an IT support function along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
