Hi all,

Are there any of you out there who are responsible for dealing with
notifications of when a building is listed? Under the act it states
that the local authority has to inform the occupier and owner, but of
course the owner may not be the occupier. In this case how do you get
the information of the whereabouts of the owner? Is it a matter of
enquiring with the land registry and if so do they charge?

Thanks

Paul
