Yes.  Because of its condition it's hard to make out, but they are doing a sort-of genteel circle-dance to the music being played by some of them.  You can see the lifted sole of one of their feet (foreground right), and linked hands of ones at the back right.

Giotto's Heavenly Scene or Mission to Gabriel in the Arena Chapel (Cappella degli Scrovegni) in Padua, c.1303 has dancing angels, but I too would be interested to hear of earlier ones.
