Hey fsl experts,
I'm having a problem with registering epi --> t1 structural image, where the warp field generated from the b0 unwarping is systematically misaligned with the epi image. I'm using the default bbr registration by running feat. The example_func2higheres_warp is displaced towards the back of the brain, leading to only some questionable unwarping there. The linear registration parameters seem pretty good though, as the epi overlays nicely on the highres. Also, the skullstripping for both images are good, and the wm boundaries look fantastic, so I'm not sure what's up.
Has this been encountered before? Thanks very much in advance for any help or advice,
