I had to phone this morning too – hadn’t read that bit of the relevant EO update – and unfortunately hadn’t checked the Info Manual online before phoning them either!  I looked at the FS Assessment “timetable sheet” on the website – which still quoted 14^th February 2013!!!

Frustrating?  Yes!

Rather like a comment here earlier in the week – don’t the awarding bodies realise just how many email updates we receive?  I don’t think it is possible to read them all – and retain all the information – and do the day job!

Good morning all

For those of you who use Edexcel for Functional Skills, a quick question if I may.

Were you aware of the change of results day, from today to tomorrow as per the e-mail below, or was this a surprise to you as well?

Dear Exam Officer

I hope you are well. I am sending this e-mail to provide clarification and confirmation about the Results Day for the Functional Skills January session.

The results date is the Friday 15^th February 2013. The original Information Manual states the results date as the 14^th February. This was a printing error, which has since been amended (please use the following link to view the amendment (p1): http://www.edexcel.com/iwantto/I%20want%20to%20%20Tasks/Information_Manual_Amendments.pdf).

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. I hope this clarifies. If you do have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
