Dear FSL experts:
I drew brain anatomical region in the MNI152_1mm_brain, and applywarp to the native MPRAGE space. I segmented CSF/GM/WM using FAST in the MPRAGE. Then I removed CSF mask to the anatomical region mask (native space) using fslmaths, but I found part of dural mater voxel remained. Just like the following.
When I drew the anatomical region in the MNI152_brain, the mask have the exact same size to MNI152_brain. I don't know why this happened and how to solve it.
