Subject: A Business Case for Institutional Adoption of Xerte Toolkits

Hi all,

We have been trialling Xerte Toolkits at the University of Bath and I have been asked to write a business case for its adoption as a fully implemented and supported service. I need to look at current usage, scope, funding (and other) implications and timeline for adoption.

Has anyone on the list had to write a similar case and if so would they be prepared to share it with me? Alternatively does anyone have any pointers as to the kinds of things I need to include?

cheers

Julian
