Oh yes: I truly believe change like this is best carried forward by the young, the optimistic and the fearless. And if you can possibly be all three of those things when change hits, so much the better for you! Better still, surround yourself with cynical oldies who have been there, seen it all, and worn the T-shirt till they've made it their own (our own?) shape.
