But then maybe you could create a group of other Hebrew/Yiddish cataloguers 
to discuss records with? I think with specialist languages or formats, 
creating a community to discuss the new instructions and new practices 
would be even more valuable and I imagine many of you are the only people 
working on this material in your institution at the moment so a bit of 
collaboration might be useful?
