I didn't include them, largely because the information on the item wasn't 
quite detailed enough and I didn't chase that down. I would have thought if 
it were worth providing at all, then the most useful way to provide it is 
in an access point or something that can actually link people to the other 
item (eg what we currently give as 700 name-titles)? But then I wouldn't 
add those in this kind of case now and so am reluctant to start adding them 
in RDA because of all the extra work (it would affect quite a high 
proportion of our material I think).
