In my opinion is very slow! and it hold the specimens for about 3 hours before you can move them to another bench for testing,

I used the Luminex multiplexing IA platform a few years ago in a previous life for gut hormone/diabetes markers.  I'm sure a single assay could cover the vast majority if not all the markers you list below, I was using rat/mouse plasma at the time and got down to  10 or 20 ul sample volume as far as I can recall for assay of up to 8 different markers.
 
The main problem with the platform, unsurprisingly not noted in the technical details, is that the different beads used for each different marker can cross interfere between assays.  Hence I had to validate eah single bead assay and then make sure that adding all the different beads together didn't then have any effect on one another.
 
It is quite technically challenging, additionally a single 96 well plate assay using multiple beads is expensive (although this wasn't really a problem back in the pharmaceutical industry).
