The copyright restrictions as we understand them (under the CLA NHS England licence, so may be different for you in Wales) is: * Print (NHS purchased): photocopy 1 article from an issue x multiple copies [NHS owned copies gained from ILL can also be copied multiple times] * All NHS e-journals (Core Content, regional & local): not allowed to print / photocopy multiple times. Not allowed to email full text to people. Each participant should access and then print / download their own copy. I'm involved with a group within my hospital that often ask me for fulltext journal articles to discuss during their MDT meetings. I'm just wondering how everyone else understands copyright to work with regard to this issue. They would need me to email multiple people the same article for discussion at the next meeting or just for follow up information. If anyone out there is in a similar position i would be very grateful for any advice.
