Yes – stop means stop whether in the middle of a word let alone a sentence. Gives an unfair advantage. Those who don’t I report to the board.

Subject: EXAMS
Hi everyone
I am just putting together a step by step Hall examination procedure especially for newer invigilators or ones that have not had much practice in Hall examinations. Can anyone confirm what they tell invigilators if students are mid flow in a sentence when the invigilator says stop writing, can they finish off their sentence or should they stop writing the second the invigilator says stop writing???
Thanks
Sally
