Dear all, I did sienax for my subjects. I can use the scaling factor for correct different ICVs, however, I'd like to report ICVs as well. In an earlier report Stephen Smith reported an estimated value for the ICV of MNI152 as 1847712 mm^3. How accurate is that value? Can I use it for my calculations? Which command should I use to derive a mask for icv in MN152 for checking this estimated value? Is it any other method in fsl to calculate the icv? I'd appreciate any reply. Thanks a lot, Gabor
