Sorry Therona....Functional Capacity Evaluation. Takes about 2 hours and
tests functional tolerances against job demands. But also identifies where
the person may not be putting full effort into the tests and also looks for
any yellow flags. They are fantastic and I learnt about them from the
master Mandy Kelly who contributes to this list. I was lucky to work with
her for many years before she went independent.
