What do you base this on? We only have one OHP…are you aware of any legislative requirements?

Dear list
We are in the process of reviewing our processes and procedures iro the above- is anyone out there working with the LGPS that we can liaise with? At present we are using an
OHA for the first opinion, and the second opinion is given by our OHP. When I worked at Hampshire CC we used 2 OHPs. What are others doing?
