Livinglife to the full.com and Moodgym are often recommended. I have had good feedback on the former- I must admit I tried to do it myself so I know what I am recommending but -possibly as I do not have any particular problems- did not find it too inspiring but that is ,of course, anecdotal

I think there are loads online -
personally would be wary of recommending anything unless it was from a highly
reputable organisation, and even then I would think twice. I think there is
significant potential for well being advice to backfire, especially if
it is very specific about particular providers or there is dissatisfaction with
work. In my cynical moments I would also wonder why its "free" , who
designed it etc. as I am fairly sure that it is true that you  get what you
pay for. I am aware that there are work through books (CBT for Dummies etc, and
the "How to Overcome...." series. Maybe a better investment would be for the
employer to provide you with training - many of  us have done the "CBT
Skills for OH Professionals" course run by the At Work partnership and found it
useful.

Are
you asking about on line CBT for individuals rather than training you in CBT
skills?

I have been told there’s no money available for it! Times are
hard in the public sector!!!

I know there are some on line CBT courses that individuals
can sign up and I can put a link to from our web pages. Has anyone got any
experience with these?
