You're right, certainly not competent to make such assessment. Hence asked her to get in touch with Access to Work. I have read that one can reuqest for a ''dyslexic specialist '' or perhaps psychologist to make the proper assessment and recommendations.  Think she was diagnosed as dylexic when she was younger.  

Did someone write that ATW not helpful?
