ARA Data Standards Group  

The  Annual General Meeting of the ARA Data Standards Group will be held on Tuesday 19th June 2012 at 2pm at Malet Place Engineering Building 1.02 UCL, London

We will be taking a further look at descriptive standards with two invited speakers:

1.       Victoria Peters, (University of Strathclyde) The House of Fraser Archive: an implementation of the ‘series’ system

2.       Jenny Bunn (University College London) From autonomous fonds to the unity of distinction: A cybernetic history of archival description

The AGM will follow with the election of officers and the committee
