Hi, After having spent considerable amount of time online checking for solutions or insights, I give up! Hopefully I can get some help from this forum. I am running a first level analysis (Stats only), and whenever I load my data (nii file) I get the warning: "have auto set BET preprocessing option and/or registration DoF on the basis of image fields-of-view; check settings". I have checked everything. The nii files are correct, the path to the mask is fine, and there is no pre-processing options checked, since the nii are already preprocessed. Hopefully you can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance, Ibi
