Hello, I am using Melodic to preprocess my resting state fMRI data. I do not wish to perform ICA (am I using the right tool?) I would like to extract the preprocessed fMRI data that is generated after data coregistration to MNI space is performed. Is there an nii file (or any other file) that is generated in the process that I can use? Thanks in advance Adi
