Do I just have to use tbss_deproject <file_name>?
Do I need to use the same file name from original FA?
I looked again in the TBSS site and found nothing about the  TBSS_deproject script.
What Am I missing?

Thank you again!

This is the web page about TBSS: (http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/tbss/index.html) Here you can obtain the Deproject script that you want.

If you want to get back to subjects' native space, you have to write: tbss_deproject "filename" 2

=)

Dear friends,

Good afternoon.
I did a TBSS analysis and now I'd like to use the same parameters to register the Magnetic Transfer Ratio images.
I looked for this issue here and found some post about the script tbss_deproject, but I can't find info about it in the site.
Could someone helpe me?
Thank you.

Lucas Lessa.
