Hi,

Once you've completed an assessment and generated a mark sheet, you should be able to download the textual comments using the report titled "Student Feedback and Justification (by group)".

It's the last report in the list, and is available as both a web-page and CSV download. The report does have a slight limitation in that the students are only shown by name, instead of name and ID - if you're importing the statements in to another IT system, that might complicate things. If it's just for human consumption, then you should be fine, as the report results are arranged by group.

Subject: WebPA - justification text

Hello all,

I'm new to this list, so let me start with a short summary of how we use WebPA in our organisation:

- Organisation: University College Ghent, Belgium
- Number of students: 18000
- Number of staff: 3000
- Number of courses: 3500
- Usage: We use Chamilo 2.1 (www.chamilo.org) as e-learning and collaboration software. We installed the WebPA software and made a single sign between Chamilo and WebPA. We synchronize all students/staff/courses every night with WebPA.

My question concerns the justification texts that students can enter after they have evaluated their peers with a low/high score.
We see no possibility of exporting these justificiations text afterwards to a CSV/Exel/Doc/PDF file. Is their an export available?

Don't know if this is a bug or a requested feature for the future releases?

Thanks in advance!
