Dear all,
A thousand apologies for my last email hitting the Records Management List. I still have no idea how I managed to cc. the list into it. I was obviously too busy rushing to get to a meeting to check things carefully before sending.

I've attempted to recall the email but I'm not sure if it will succeed.

Again, many apologies.

Kind regards,
Kathy Shiel
