Hi,

That's correct, the red outline on one image corresponds to the brain in the other.  This is so you can assess whether or not the anatomy of your two images line up.  Yours seems to line up fine.

Cheers,
Jeanette

Dear FSL users,

My functional imaging data appear to be registering improperly to standard space.  While the registration of images are good in general, the outline of the template (in red) does not seem to correspond to the correct image.  In fact, it appears that all top outlines belong to the bottom images and all bottom outlines belong to the top images.  A picture showing the issue is attached.

Any insight into resolving this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Cindy
