Dear all, I just started using DCM (for cross spectral density) and stumbeled over two error messages the first (related to first screenshot "two_conditions")was:Undefined function or variable 'A'. Here I specified between trial effects and therefore had two conditions. ... evaluating condition 2 (trial 106) evaluating condition 2 (trial 107)Undefined function or variable 'A'.
I tried to make it more easier and only used one condition. Here the evaluation worked, but after convergence the error below came up (related to screenshot "one_condition"): ... EM:(-): 15 F: 8.434e+04 dF predicted: 9.911e-03 actual: -2.534e+04 (2095.69 sec) EM:(-): 16 F: 8.434e+04 dF predicted: 1.341e-03 actual: -2.534e+04 (2066.97 sec) EM:(-): 17 F: 8.434e+04 dF predicted: 1.815e-04 actual: -2.534e+04 (2081.01 sec) EM:(-): 18 F: 8.434e+04 dF predicted: 2.457e-05 convergence Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Did anyone encounter the same errors and has a solution? Any clues why those errors appear are appreciated!
