I was wondering if any one could help me better understand how to go from an independent component analysis (GIFT), and take the contrasts (all subjects) from one component, and do a one sample t-test with these images in SPM (in order to have significant clusters sorted out in that particular component)?

Which files to use or any thing else that I should't forget while going from results from GIFT to a group t-test in SPM..
