Hi everyone,

Since moving to IE9 we've been experiencing a few issues with the Upload Files area in the Content Collection.

Basically, when our users choose to Upload files, the system defaults to Multiple File mode, resulting in the Java file uploader being loaded. However, this seems to cause a problem in IE9 and returns the user to the home page of the Content Collection.

The problem can be resolved by switching IE9 into Compatibility View and then repeating the above process. The file uploader loads correctly and users can then switch to Single File mode and browse for individual files to upload.

Single File mode works fine with Compatibility View either on or off, so the next time the user attempts to upload a file it uses the Single File mode.

Does anyone know if there is a way to force the system to default to Single File mode for all users, or to disable the Multiple File mode?

Many thanks
