Dear All, I have been using spm8 for quite sometime now but have never encountered a problem like this before. A colleague of mine works with children as a part of her study and recently she came to me with a set of results after analyzing it with spm8. I have attached the image files with this email, please have a look. The image file named as block2 is obtained after analyzing it with spm8 and there were no toolbox extensions used. However the image file named as scan1 has been analyzed using ArtRepair before doing the first level analysis. The threshold used in both the cases were 0.001. Somehow the clusters formed are outside the area of the brain. I wonder what are the probable causes for this to happen? I have also attached a study outline file for giving you the idea about the design matrix. I would really appreciate your help.
