Having just been through the process of being diagnosed with sleep apnoea, I can recommend the Sleep Disorders clinic at Leicester General Hospital ... not to far from Hull

I came across this useful leaflet on sleep form the Royal College Of Psychiatrists

However this does not seem to be a sleep disorder(they seem to be very good at it) but a neurological condition.
